摘 要:目的提高实验室检测能力,增强实验室竞争力。方法 2016年参加国家认证认可监督委员会组织的化妆品中微生物检测能力验证(CNCA-16-A11)。依据能力验证作业指导书和国家标准《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版),对样品进行化妆品中菌落总数、霉菌及酵母菌计数、铜绿假单胞菌及金黄色葡萄球菌检测。并采用全自动微生物生化鉴定系统对分离出的疑似菌进行鉴定。结果定量项目菌落总数、霉菌和酵母菌计数的∣Z∣均<2.0;定性项目金黄色葡萄球菌均为检出、铜绿假单胞菌均为未检出,与指定值一致。结论结果均为满意,实验室能很好的应用《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)开展微生物检测。Objective To improve the detection capability of laboratory and increase its competition. Methods Cosmetic microbiological proficiency testing( CNCA-16-A11) was performed by Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China. The samples were conducted for the detection of aerobic bacterial count,molds and yeast count,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa according to the working instruction of proficiency testing and Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics( 2007 version). The isolated suspicious colonies were identified by automatic microbial and biochemical identification system. Results The results showed that the absolute value of ∣ Z ∣ scores for quantitative items aerobic bacterial count,molds and yeast count were all less than 2. 0; the results of qualitative items were same with the designated value,Staphylococcus aureus were all detected and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were all not detected. Conclusion All tests have achieved satisfactory results and the laboratory can apply Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics( 2007 version) well in testing microbiological items.
