摘  要:采用化学激发的手段来提高微碳铬铁粉渣的早期活性及微碳铬铁粉渣制品的强度。研究结果表明:激发剂Na_2CO_3、Na_2SO_4、硫铝酸盐水泥对于微碳铬铁粉渣浆体均具有比较好的调凝作用,激发剂Na_2CO_3、Na_2SO_4、普通硅酸盐水泥对于微碳铬铁粉渣发泡浆体的强度均有激发作用,以Na_2CO_3的效果最好。复掺Na_2CO_3和普通硅酸盐水泥,微碳铬铁粉渣发泡浆体的强度较单掺有显著提高,通过选择适当的配比,可以配置出符合工程需要的微碳铬铁粉渣发泡砌块。The method of chemical activation was used to improve the early activity of micro carbon ferrochrome slag and the strength of micro carbon ferrochrome slag products.The result shows that:The activators of Na2CO3,Na2SO4 and sulphoaluminate cement have better coagulation adjusting effect on the micro carbon ferrochromium slag powder slurry.The activators of Na2CO3,Na2SO4 and Portland cement have excitation effect on the strength of micro carbon ferrochromium slag powder foam slurry,and the best one is Na2CO3.Mixing Na2CO3 and Portland cement with micro carbon ferrochromium powder at the appropriate ratio,the strength of its slurry foaming block is significantly increased.With the appropriate ratio,the micro carbon ferrochromium slag powder foam block can be configured to meet engineering needs.
