摘　　要：本文总结出了独到性的钢带热浸镀液态镀层及冷凝过程的质量控制方法；阐述了在现代生产线开展生产过程人工控制是质量管理的方法由“经验”到“工具”再到“经验＋工具”的转变和提高；介绍了创造性提出的铜带连续热浸镀液态镀层目测分析方法，包括：目测与分析液态镀层、铜带边部状态、冷凝线形状、冷凝线区域等流程等一系列方法。并通过有效解决“白条”和“白线”两大一般方法无法解决生产难题的案例，证明了该方法在分析问题和解决问题方面的优越性。This paper summarized the specail quality control method of strip hot dip coating and liquid condensation process, elaborated in the modern production line to carry out the quality management method of from ＂experience＂ and ＂tools＂ to ＂ experience ＋ tools＂.Itintroduced the analysis method of the continuous hot strip dip coating liquid to create visual ohservation and the analysis include： liquid coating, strip edge state, condensale line shape, condensate line area flow and a series of methods. The effective settlement of ＂white hand＂ and ＂white line＂ proved that this method is better.
