摘　　要：粘结磁体是指在制备好的粘结磁粉中加入塑料、橡胶等粘结剂然后进行充分混合,经压延成型、挤出成型、注射成型、模压成型等工艺制得永磁体。本文探讨了混料方式、添加剂、烧结温度对粘结磁粉性能的影响。Bonded magnets are in the bonded magnetic powder by adding plastic, rubber and other adhesives and then fully mixed, by calendering, extrusion molding, injection molding, molding and other processes to obtain permanent magnets. In this paper, the effects of mixing methods, additives and sintering temperature on the properties of bonded magnetic powder were discussed.
