摘　　要：本文介绍了间硝基苯磺酸钠的工业合成路线,研究了三氧化硫磺化硝基苯生产工艺的影响因素,实现了整个生产过程的密闭循环,做到了污染物的零排放。间硝基苯磺酸钠含量可达到98.0%以上,收率以硝基苯计达到95%以上。Synthetic routes of sodium m-nitrobenzene sulfonate was introduced. Factors that affect synthesis of sodium m-nitrobenzene sulfonate from sulfur trioxide and nitrobenzene were studied. The overall process was a closed cycle and zero discharge was realized. The content of sodium m-nitrobenezne sulfonate was 98%,the yield was 95%（in nitrobenzene）.
