摘 要:采用单釜连续加氢反应装置,以5%Pd/C为催化剂,考察了底物间硝基苯磺酸钠浓度为30%(wt)的釜式连续加氢工艺稳定性。连续运行30 h,硝基物/催化剂(S/C)为15 000(g/g),间硝基苯磺酸钠转化率100%,间氨基苯磺酸钠色谱归一含量100%,中间态副产物未检出。连续加氢反应31~37h,催化剂活性逐渐下降,中间态副产物氧化偶氮苯磺酸钠逐渐增加,副反应主要控制步骤为氧化偶氮苯磺酸钠转化为偶氮苯磺酸钠产物的过程。Sodium m-aminobenzenesulfonate was synthesized from sodium m-nitrobenzenesulfonate(30%,wt) in the presence of Pd/C catalyst with single-autoclave continuous hydrogenation equipment,and stability of the process was investigated. The reaction continuously carried out for 30 h,the nitro compounds/catalyst(S/C) was 15 000(g/g),sodium m-nitrobenzenesulfonate conversion rate was100%,HPLC content of sodium m-aminobenzenesulfonate was 100%,and intermediate by-products were not detected; from 31 h to 37 h,the catalyst activity decreased gradually,intermediate by-product sodium azoxybenzene sulfonate increased gradually; the rate determining step of the side reaction was azoxybenzene sulfonate converted to azobenzene sulfonate.
