摘 要:纵向厚度渐变三维机织物作为纺织预制件,对形成复合材料是重要的增强体,其结构设计存在重要的价值。据此,对纵向厚度渐变三维机织物进行多层正交、多层角联锁、多层接结3种基础结构进行设计,通过逐渐减少织物层数实现厚度方向的变化,同时对减掉的经纱进行固结方式设计,以保证织物结构的相对稳定。最后通过对固结纱进行抽拔测试,实验结果表明:最佳固结方式为"S"型固结,最佳结构为多层接结。The three-dimensional woven fabric with longitudinal gradient thickness as textile preformed part is a very important reinforcing material to form a composite material,and its structural design also has very important value.Accordingly,three kinds of structural design were carried out for three-dimensional woven fabric with longitudinal gradient thickness,including multilayer orthogonal,multilayer angular interlocking,and multilayer connection.A change in thickness direction was achieved by gradually decreasing the fabric layers.At the same time,consolidation design was done for the lost warp yarns to ensure the relative stability of the fabric structure.Finally,through pulling test of the consolidation of yarn,the experimental results show that:the best consolidation mode is the type of"S",and the best structure is multilayer connection.
