摘 要:针对长江流域一般土壤含水率较高、粘重,且田间稻茬较多的情况,设计了一种针对粘重土壤的打孔式油菜栽种机构.该打孔机构具有可在移栽机水平移动的过程中垂直打孔的特点,且打孔后,钵苗可直接投入打好的孔中,不需覆土,打孔效果好,且株距稳定.通过机构运动分析,给出了打孔机构曲柄与连杆的合理比例尺寸.为今后粘重土壤移栽机的研制和发展提供更多的理论依据和实验数据.According to the general soil conditions of high water content and high viscosity and the situation of farmland with considerable rice stubble in Yangtze river basin,a drilling mechanism of rape transplanter for heavy soil conditions is designed.This drilling mechanism can drill in vertical direction while the transplanter moves horizontally.And after that,the seedlings can be put into the drilled holes directly without the need of covering them with soil.The drilling effect of this mechanism is excellent and the distance between holes can be kept even.Based on the analysis of the moving performance of the mechanism,the proper dimension ratio between crank and link rod are presented.The purpose of this paper is to provide more theoretical bases and experimental data for the future research and development of rape transplanter under heavy soil conditions.
