摘 要:针对城市化进程的快速发展和城市人口资源的高度集中所导致的城区用地紧张问题,提出了采用高层公寓式住宅解决用地短缺的方法.结果表明,运用层次分析法将设计方案中的多方面指标进行量化分析,并进行全方位综合考虑,能够在多个设计方案中选择出最优的设计方案,最优方案不仅能满足住房的安全性和适用性要求,而且能够节约成本.通过层次分析法选定的设计方案能够为设计者提供科学的设计依据,节约建设成本,从而实现成本控制及评价.Aiming at the shortage problem of urban land caused by the rapid development of urbanization process and the high concentration of urban population resources,the method of using high-rise apartment house to solve the shortage of land usage was proposed. The results showthat when the analytic hierarchy process was applied to quantify the various indicators in the design scheme and carry out a comprehensive consideration,the optimal design scheme in multiple design schemes can be selected out. The optimal design scheme can not only meet the safety and applicability requirements of houses,but also save the cost.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the selected design scheme can provide the scientific design basis for the designers and save the construction cost,and thus,the cost control and evaluation can be realized.
