摘 要:利用热致相(TIPS)制膜技术,选择五种不同的液体稀释剂(邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,三乙酸甘油酯,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯)制备出乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物(ECTFE)中空纤维膜并对膜性能进行表征。当ECTFE/稀释剂体系降温发生固-液相或窄的液-液相分离时,制得的膜结构为球粒堆积结构,力学性能差,水通量低。随着ECTFE/稀释剂体系液-液相分离区的增加,制得的膜结构转变为双连续结构,力学强度增加,水通量高。The effect of five different liquid diluents(dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, glyceryl triacetate, acetyl tributyl citrate) on the membrane formation of ethylene chlorotrifluoroethyleneco-polymer(ECTFE) hollow fiber via thermally induced phase separation(TIPS) was investigated.When the ECTFE/diluents system are solid-liquid or narrow liquid-liquid phase separation, the membrane morphology of cross sectionis spherical particles structure, and the mechanical properties of the membrane are worse and the pure water flux are lower. When the ECTFE/diluents system are wide liquid-liquid phase separation, the membrane morphology of cross sectionis bicontinuous structure, and the mechanical properties of the membrane are better and the pure water flux are higher.
