摘 要:以环己酮、双氧水为原料,1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,锡氯化物的水解产物为催化剂,通过超声波辅助合成ε-己内酯,并考察了超声波强度、双氧水与环己酮的物质量之比、反应温度、反应时间对ε-己内酯收率的影响。结果表明:在二氯乙烷用量50 m L、环己酮用量0.1 mol、催化剂用量为环己酮质量分数的5%、超声频率20 k Hz、声强447 W/m^2、双氧水与环己酮配比4:1、反应温度70℃、反应时间2 h的条件下,ε-己内酯的收率为70%。In this article, we synthesized ε-caprolactone by usingcyclohexanone and hydrogen peroxide as reactants, 1,2-dichloroethane as solvent, andhydrolysisproduct of stannous chloride series as catalyst,and then we tried to investigatethe influence factors of the ultrasonic intensity,mole ratio ofhydrogen peroxide and cyclohexanone, reaction temperature and time onthe yield of ε-caprolactone. The results showedthe yield of ε-caprolactone was about 70%, under the conditions obtained as follows, 50 m L dichloroethane,0.1 mol cyclohexanone,molar, weight fraction of catalyst 5%, ultrasonic frequency 20 k Hz,intensity 477 w/m^2,ratio of hydrogen peroxide to cyclohexanone 4∶1,reaction temperature 70 ℃ and reaction time 2 h.
