摘 要:环境问题威胁着人们的健康,也影响着农业的可持续发展,为进一步推动农业自然资源、环境保护和经济的持续发展,文章从环境因素角度,基于随机前沿分析方法,选取2004—2013年玉米种植面积和产量占全国比重达90%的15个省区的投入产出面板数据,对玉米生产效率进行测算。结果表明:影响玉米生产效率的传统因素有化肥费用、租赁作业费用和人均GDP;环境因素为工业废水中化学需氧量。各省区之间生产效率差异较大,黑龙江和吉林省生产效率值较高,贵州和湖北省生产效率值较低。Environmental problems threaten people's health and also affect the sustainable development of agriculture.In order to further promote the sustainable development of agricultural natural resources,environmental protection and economy this paper chooses 2004-2013 maize from the perspective of environmental factors based on stochastic frontier analysis method.Planting area and output(The output of planting area)accounted for 90% of the proportion of the country's 15 provinces and autonomous regions of the input and output panel data,the corn production efficiency was estimated.The results shows that the fertilizer cost and per capita GDP have promoted the increasing of maize yield;the main factors that affect the efficiency of maize production are the cost of rental and the chemical oxygen demand in the industrial waste water.The production efficiency of each province is different,the higher production efficiency in Heilongjiang and Jilin Province,but Guizhou and Hubei Province is low.
