摘　　要：文章分析了近年来公共信息亭发展过程中所遭遇的困境,并借鉴迷你图书馆创办理念及方式,提出了以政府购买公共服务为推动方式和实现手段,将公共信息亭转变为迷你图书馆的设想依据以及转型的关键点。The development of public information kiosks has encountered difficulties in recent years.This article suggests public information kiosk refer to the founded concept of Mini libraries and decentralize its function with government purchasing public services strategy.It assumes that this suggestion will lead the theories into realities,which will make a little contribution to creating urban reading space.
