辽东山区胡桃楸种质资源果实变异类型的筛选

摘　　要：通过对辽宁山区胡桃楸分布调查、收集胡桃楸种质资源,系统观察和测定,研究胡桃楸果实的变异性状并进行类型筛选,为胡桃楸种质资源的开发利用和良种选育提供依据。在辽东山区清原、新宾、抚顺县、本溪及丹东等地区进行全面踏查,选取胡桃楸果实,对收集的果实资源进行类型划分,测量果实纵径、横径和侧径,计算平均值、相对值和单果粒重。表明辽东山区胡桃楸种质资源果实根据表型性状划分为球形、一头尖球形、两头尖球形、一头尖卵形、两头尖卵形等十余种果实形态变异类型,其中球形、一头尖球形、两头尖球形这三种果实类型可以作为把玩类型进行培育加以利用,该研究为胡桃楸良种选育提供了帮助。To provide the basis for the development, utilization and improved variety selection of Juglans mandshurica, we study on the fruit variant characters and had the type selection by doing distribution investigation,collecting germplasm resources and doing systematic observation of Juglans mandshurica in the eastern liaoning mountain region. Qingyuan, Xinbin, Fushun county, Benxi and Dandong of Eastern Liaoning mountain were comprehensive reconnaissant survied. We selected and divised the fruits of Juglans mandshurica, measured their longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter and lateral diameter, then calculated the average value, relative value and the weight of per fruit. The results showed that fruit germplasm resources of Juglans mandshurica in the eastern liaoning mountain region could be divided into more than ten kinds of fruit shape variation type by phenotypic character, such as spherical, a tip spherical, two tip spherical, a tip oval, two tip oval. Three of these kinds（the spherical, a tip spherical, two tip spherical） of fruit could be used as the playing type and cultivated. This research would be helpful for selecting improved variety of Juglans mandshurica.
