摘 要:瓜类作物是全球广泛栽培的园艺植物种类,瓜蚜是瓜类作物生产过程中最主要的害虫之一,严重影响瓜类植物的产量和品质。迄今,在瓜类作物生产中对瓜蚜的防治主要以化学防控为主,但其导致的蚜虫抗药性增强、环境污染、产品质量下降等问题日益严重。了解瓜类植物抗蚜机理,选育抗蚜品种是解决瓜蚜危害的最好途径。本综述主要以瓜类作物中栽培最为普遍的黄瓜、西瓜、厚皮甜瓜等为对象,对种质资源抗蚜性鉴定、抗蚜性物理和化学防御机制和抗蚜性遗传等研究进行了综述并展望,以期为今后瓜类抗蚜性研究的不断深入提供参考。Cucurbit crops are the most widely cultivated horticultural species all over the world, and aphid(Aphis gossypii Glover) is one of the most harmful pest in the production process of cucurbit crops, which seriously influenced the production and the quality of cucurbit crops. Up to now, chemical pesticides are mainly used to control the spreading of aphid, but the problems including improved aphid resistance to pesticides, environmental pollution, the declined quality of cucurbit crops and so on become increasingly severe. Understanding the mechanism of cucurbit crops resistance to aphid, then breeding the aphid resistant varieties is the friendly method to solve these problems. In this paper, the researches of mostly widely cultivated cucurbit crops, including cucumber, watermelon, melon and etc., listed in identification of aphid resistance, physical defense mechanism of aphid resistance, chemical defense mechanism of aphid resistance and inheritance of aphid resistance are summarized. The paper also looked forward to the trend in this field for providing reference for the study of aphid resistance in the future.
