摘 要:目的了解成都市老旧小区及公园白纹伊蚊密度、季节消长,探讨白纹伊蚊的药物防制效果。方法采用布雷图指数、容器指数和成蚊叮咬指数调查白纹伊蚊密度,采用成蚊的密度下降率评估灭效。结果白纹伊蚊布雷图指数(Breteau index,BI)为18.90,容器指数(Container index,CI)为23.70,成蚊叮咬指数为12.98只/(人·h),居民区BI、CI及成蚊叮咬指数均高于公园绿化带。白纹伊蚊BI值和CI值在6~9月呈现高峰,成蚊在8月达到峰值。白纹伊蚊幼虫CI值在废旧轮胎达100.00,在闲置容器(碗、瓶、缸、罐),贮水池、缸、盆分别为38.78和35.03。居民区和公园均采用10%高效氯氟氰微胶囊悬浮剂(1:100稀释)滞留喷洒,10 d后灭效为90.5%。结论成都市老旧小区及公园白纹伊蚊密度较高,应进一步采取孳生地治理等防制措施。采用高效氯氟氰微胶囊悬浮剂滞留喷洒对于园区内白纹伊蚊防制具有较好的持效性。Objective To investigation the distribution and the seasonal fluctuation of Aedes albopictus and the control effect of insecticide in old living areas and parks in Chengdu. Methods The density of Aedes albopictus was surveyed by Breteau index (BI), Container index (CI) and mosquito bites index, the density of mosquito were observed before and after using insecticide. Results The Breteau index(BI) and Container index(CI) were 18.90, 23.70 separately, the mosquito bites index was 12. 98, the density of Aedes albopictus in old living areas were higher than which in parks. The larva density was in the peak from June to September, the adult mosquitoes density was highest in August. The positive rate was 100. 00 in waste tire, which were 38.78 and 35.03 in idle containers, tanks and pots separately. The control effect of 10% Lambda - cyhalothrin microcapsule sus- pension concentrate can last ten days. Conclusion Breeding place management must been firmed up to decreased the density of Aedes albopictus in old living areas and parks. The Lambda - cyhalothrin microcapsule suspension concentrate was effective to control the Aedes albopictus.
