摘 要:目的对分离自雾霾的一株溶血性细菌进行种属鉴定。方法使用自然沉降法收集某地雾霾环境下的微生物进行培养,对分离的细菌纯化培养后进行革兰氏染色、16S rDNA序列分析和生化鉴定。结果从雾霾中分离获得一株革兰氏阳性球菌,经生理生化反应鉴定为西宫微球菌,16S rDNA测序分析与生化结果一致。结论雾霾空气中存在条件致病菌西宫微球菌,鉴定该菌对研究和防治公共卫生安全有重要意义。Objective To identify the species of a hemolytic bacteria strain isolated from air of haze environment. Methods The microorganisms under the haze air were collected by natural precipitation method in culture, then the bacterial was isolated, purified, Gram stained and identified according to the physiological and biochemical experiment, and were identified by 16S rD- NA sequence analysis. Results A strain of Gram - positive cocci were finded in air of haze, and which was identified Derrnacoccus nishinomiyaensis. The results of 16S rDNA analysis were completely consistent with those of biochemical identification. Conclusion There exists opportunistic pathogen Dermacoccus nishinomiyaensis in air of haze, and it is of great significance to research and prevention of public health security.
