2010-2015年江苏省连云港市艾滋病检测网络实验室质量考评结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解2010-2015年连云港市艾滋病检测网络建设及检测能力现状,探讨影响实验室检测工作的相关因素和存在问题。方法依据《全国艾滋病检测工作管理办法(2006版)》、《全国艾滋病检测技术规范(2009版)》(以下称《规范》)及《江苏省艾滋病检测工作管理办法(2006版)》。采用发放样品考核盘和专家现场查看相结合的方式对通过审批的每间实验室进行考评。结果疾控系统和采供血机构实验室的考评成绩优于其他系统,其中采供血机构连续6年优秀;疾控系统除1家实验室长年不检测样品导致部分项目丢分外,其余实验室连续6年优秀;个别实验室还存在一些不容忽视的问题,如有的实验室分区不合理、生物安全柜缺乏等。结论 2010-2015年连云港市艾滋病检测实验室总体检测质量良好,基本能满足实验室的工作需要,但在实验室的规范化管理方面还存在问题,应尽快解决。Objective To understand the network construction and detection of HIV testing in Lianyungang and explore the re- lated factors influencing the laboratory testing work and existing problems. Methods In accordance with the measures for the management of the national AIDS testing work （2006 edition）, the national AIDS testing specification （2009 edition）and measures for the management of HIV testing in Jiangsu Province （2006 edition）. By the experts of the distribution of sample assessment plate and the scene to see the way of combining each lab for evaluation for approval. Results For disease control and prevention system and the blood services laboratory appraisal result is better than that of other systems; in which blood services for six years outstanding; for disease control and prevention system in addition to the one in lab for samples not result in part of the project is the rest of the laboratory for six years. Individual laboratory also exists some problems that cannot be ignored, such as some medical institutions laboratory partition is not reasonable, lack of biological safety cabinets, etc. Conclusion Lianyungang AIDS testing laboratory overall quality is good from 2010 to 2015, basic can meet the job requirements of the room, but there are problems in the standardization of the laboratory management, should be resolved as soon as possible.
