摘 要:为了提高风力机的发电效率,优化风机叶片的翼型,以NREL研发的S809翼型为优化对象,设计了双层叶片翼型模型,利用Auto CAD软件建立了双层叶片翼型的几何模型。采取计算流体力学方法(CFD方法),对0~25.21°等26个攻角下双层叶片翼型进行气动计算,对其附近流场的流线图、压力分布云图、压力系数分布进行了分析,并与S809基准翼型进行了比较。结果表明:双层叶片翼型使叶片在不增加翼展的情况下增大升力;相比S809基准翼型,双层叶片翼型将失速攻角增加了6°;最大升力系数在S809翼型1.059的基础上增大到了1.363,研究结果为今后双层叶片翼型的研究打下了基础。In order to improve the power generation efficiency of the wind turbine,and optimize the airfoil of wind turbine blade,a double blade airfoil model is designed based on the S809 airfoil developed by NREL in this paper. The geometric model of double blade airfoil is established by using AutoCAD software. Then,the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is used to calculate the aerodynamic characteristics of the double blade airfoil at 26 angles of attack,such as 0 to 25.21 degrees. The streamline,pressure distribution and pressure distribution of the flow field are analyzed and compared with that of the S809 benchmark airfoil. The results show that the double blade airfoil increases the lift of the blade without increasing the span. Compared with the S809 reference airfoil,the double blade airfoil increases the stall angle of attack by 6 degrees. The maximum lift coefficient increases to 1.363. The research results lay the foundation for the study of double blade airfoil.
