摘　　要：目的了解南阳市2008-2015年,15~24岁艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人(简称HIV/AIDS病人)的疫情状况及变化趋势,为开展有针对性的干预工作提供依据。方法对中国疾病预防控制信息系统艾滋病综合防治信息系统中的病例报告卡片数据库进行统计分析。结果南阳市2008-2015年共报告15~24岁HIV/AIDS病例463例,历年报告例数占当年病例报告总数的比例呈上升趋势。职业以农民为主,占46.65%,学生占12.96%;男女性别比为2.83∶1。异性性传播占51.40%,同性性传播占43.63%。样本来源主要以检测咨询和其他就诊者检测为主。2008-2015年南阳市共报告青年学生HIV/AIDS病人60例,男女性别比是6.5∶1,大专及以上文化程度占53.33%,同性性传播占66.67%,异性性传播占18.33%。结论 15~24岁的HIV/AIDS病人逐年增加,性传播是该人群的主要传播途径,尤其是同性性传播上升速度明显。应加强对青年的艾滋病宣传教育及干预工作,降低该人群HIV的流行。Objective To understand the HIV epidemic and its characteristics of people living with HIV/AIDS （PLWHA） aged 15-24 years from 2008 to 2015 in Nanyang city, to provide information for the implementation of prevention and intervention programs targeted to the group. Methods The data of HIV cases aged 15-24 years was collected from the reporting system through 2008-2015 and analysis was made accordingly. Results There was a to- tal of 463 HIV cases aged 15-24 years reported, with the number of HIV cases rising over the years. Among them, 46. 65% were farmers, 12. 96% were students and the sex ratio was 2.83..1; 51.40% were infected via heterosexual transmission, and 43.63% via homosexual transmission; most of them were detected from clinics of voluntary coun- seling and testing and medical institutions. There were 60 HIV cases of young students （60/463） detected during the years with the sex ratio of 6.5：1, with 53.33% who had education level of college or above, and 66.67% infec- ted via heterosexual transmission, and 18.33% via homosexual transmission. Conclusion The number of HIV in- fected young people aged 15-24 years is increasing from 2008 to 2015. Sexual contact was the main route of trans- mission and the proportion of homosexual transmission is rising significantly. The integrated education and interven- tion program should be implemented to control the HIV epidemic among young people aged 15-24 years.
