摘　　要：我国"十三五规划"提出,到2020年国内资源保障基础进一步夯实。这就要求地质找矿工作者面对"新常态",探索地质找矿中的新机制。为此,本文结合"公益先行,基金衔接,商业跟进,整装勘查"这十六个字,阐述了对地质找矿新机制的认识和理解。希望本文的研究成果对国内的矿业工程、采矿工程实践与新机制的探索提供一定的有益思考。In this paper, China＇s 13 th Five-Year plan, by 2020 the domestic resources to further consolidate the foundation. This requires geological prospecting miners, the author faces the ＂new normal＂, to explore new mechanisms in geological prospecting. Therefore, this paper expounds the understanding and understanding of the new mechanism of geological prospecting combined with the sixteen words, ＂public welfare first, fund cohesion, commercial follow-up, and overall preparation＂. It is hoped that the research results in this paper will provide some useful ideas for the exploration of domestic mining engineering, mining engineering practice and new mechanism.
