摘　　要：反贪反腐工作历来是我党工作的重心,而对职务犯罪案件的查处却困难重重。究其原因无非主要是物证少、口供难获取。职务案件犯罪嫌疑人有着独特的主体身份和心理特征,这是讯问难点的症结所在,同时也是突破其心理防线的关键依据。在反贪反腐工作的新形势下,如何剖析职务案件犯罪嫌疑人独特的犯罪心理,如何部署针对性的讯问策略,如何运用恰当的讯问技巧,是职务犯罪案件研究的重点。Anti-corruption work has always been the focus of our party＇s work, and the investigation and punishment of duty crimes is difficult. The reason is no more than the main evidence is less, the oral confession is difficult to obtain. The suspect of duty case has a unique subject identity and psychological characteristics, which is the crux of the difficulty of interrogation, and this is precisely the key to break through its psychological defense. Under the new situation of anti-corruption work, how to analyze the unique criminal psychology of the criminal suspects in the job case, how to deploy the targeted interrogation strategy and how to apply the appropriate interrogation skills are the focus of the study of the case crime. Therefore, this article has important research value.
