摘　　要：警务实战训练包含了训练对象、训练方式以及训练效果等内容,容易受到内外环境的影响。因此,在实践中要认识到现阶段警务实战规划化训练的重要性,分析影响训练效果的因素,及时进行改正与解决,建立长期有效的训练机制,提高训练的效果。The police combat training, which contains the training object, the way and the effect of the content, but also very vulnerable to internal and external environmental impact. Therefore, in practice, we should realize the importance of the actual combat planning training in this stage, analyze the factors that affect the training effect, timely correct and solve, establish long-term effective training mechanism and improve the training effect.
