摘　　要：居住建筑量大面广,与人们生活密切相关.在住宅建筑中,采用方钢管束混凝土异形组合截面住宅结构体系,对住宅建筑工业化建设具有十分重要的意义.为了探索方钢管束混凝土异形组合截面住宅结构体系在住宅建筑中的应用,比较了方钢管混凝土住宅结构体系的优势,分析了方钢管混凝土结构受力特点和抗震性能,提出了方钢管束混凝土异形组合截面住宅结构体系,并对此类组合截面类型、计算方法及构造要求进行了阐述.Residential building has a large quantity and coverage,which is closely related to people＇s life.It has important significance for industrialized construction of residential building to use residence structure system with square concrete filled steel tube special-shaped compound section.In order to explore the application of the system,this paper compares the advantages of residence structure system with square concrete filled steel tube,analyzes the loading features and anti-seismic property of square concrete filled steel tube structure,puts forward residence structure system with square concrete filled steel tube special-shaped compound section,and expounds the types,computing method and structural requirements.
