摘 要:自"一带一路"倡议提出后,中国与"一带一路"沿线国家积极开展合作,中东欧国家是"一带一路"倡议向西拓展的重要目标区域。选择该区域的16个国家为研究对象,从政治与法律双重角度,分析了中东欧16国的经贸状况、该区域国家加入国际组织、签订国际条约的情况、对外贸易投资的法规政策体系,以及中国与该区域国家的贸易投资合作与争端情况。分析表明:中国与中东欧国家在基础设施建设、双边贸易投资、金融以及大型装备制造等方面存在很大的合作空间,与此同时,中国与中东欧国家双边贸易不平衡等问题突出,建议在日后合作中适当差别对待,兼顾各国具体关切,提升与该区域国家贸易投资的便利化程度。With "One Belt One Road" strategy, China has made active cooperation with the alongside Countries, the Middle & East European countries are the one of the main target regions. 16 countries in this region are selected as the research objects. By using statistical data and from both the political and legal perspectives, the analysis is mainly about the economic and trade condition in these countries, the international organizations these countries had participated, the international treaties these countries had signed, the international trade and investment policy system in this region, as well as the trade and investment cooperation and dispute situa tion between China and these countries. The analysis shows that there is a great space for cooperation between China and Middle & East European countries in infrastructure construction, bilateral trade and investment, finance and large-scale equipment manufacturing. Meanwhile, bilateral trade imbalances and other issues have been the leading problems between China and these countries, thus, it is recommended that in future coopera- tion, appropriate differences between countries should be taken into account to give attentions to the specific concerns of each of these countries, and to enhance the conveniences of doing trade and investment in the region.
