耳内镜下外耳道冲洗联合酮康唑纱条治疗霉菌性外耳道炎的效果

摘　　要：目的观察耳内镜下外耳道冲洗联合酮康唑纱条治疗霉菌性外耳道炎的效果。方法收集解放军火箭军总医院2015年5月~2017年5月128例霉菌性外耳道炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各64例。实验组患者采用耳内镜下外耳道冲洗联合酮康唑纱条治疗7 d,对照组患者采用耳内镜下外耳道冲洗联合艾洛松纱条治疗7 d,观察两组治疗效果。结果实验组痊愈54例,显效8例,有效2例,无效0例。对照组痊愈38例,显效11例,有效10例,无效5例。实验组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论耳内镜下外耳道冲洗联合酮康唑纱条治疗霉菌性外耳道炎可取得较高治愈率。Objective To observe the effect of endoscopic ketoconazole sliver combined with auditory canal irrigation on otitis externa mycotic. Methods 126 patients with otitis external mycotic were consecutively collected in the General Hospital of the PLA Rocket Force from May 2015 to May 2017. They were divided into two groups by random number table, with 64 cases in each goup. The patients in the control group were treated by endoscopic eloson sliver treatment for 7 days, and the patients in the experimental group were treated by ketoconazole sliver treatment combined with endoscopic ear canal irrigation for 7 days. The effect of two groups were observed. Results In the experimental group, 54 cases were cured, 8 cases were developed, 2 cases were effective and 0 case was invalid; in the control group, 38 cases were cured, 11 cases were developed, 10 cases were effective and 5 cases were invalid. The effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was highly statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Higher cure rate could be obtained with endoscopic ketoconazole sliver combined with auditory canal irrigation to otitis externa mycotic.
