摘　　要：在国务院《不动产登记暂行条例》正式公布的背景下,针对基础地理、国土、房产集成等亟待解决的问题,分析基于EPS的房地合一不动产权籍生产数据库设计、数据生产入库系统和宗地及房产处理过程,最后,以南宁市不动产权籍生产为实例介绍房地合一不动产生产入库的应用。The Provisional Regulations on Real Estate Registration promulgated on December 22,2014. Therefore,basic geography,land,property integration and so on need to be solved. In view of the problems,this paper summarizes the process of real estate data collection,production and storage based on EPS. Furthermore,the disposal of land parcel and property is analyzed. Finally,the production of real estate in Nanning is introduced as an example.
