群团改革背景下妇联工作方式方法创新:现状与影响因素——基于南通市1961名妇女工作人员与593名妇女的问卷调查

摘　　要：基于江苏省南通市1961名妇女工作人员与593名妇女的问卷调查,实证性地分析妇女工作人员在群团改革背景下对创新的妇联工作方式方法的实际运用及其影响因素发现,大部分妇女工作人员对妇联工作方式方法创新的认识还不到位,能力素质有较多的不适应,创新的方式方法在实际运用中还有较大的提升空间。为促进妇联工作方式方法全面普遍创新,需要加强宣传,推进能力培训,促进妇女群众参与,进行资源整合与链接,引入互联网思维,提升项目化实效,推进妇联工作成效与方法的社会化评价机制。Based on the questionnaire survey result of 1961 women workers and 593 women in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, this paper empirically analyzes the practical application as well as its influencing factors of innovative ways of women＇ s federation. It turns out that most women staff are not fully aware of the necessity and content of the innovation in the way of women＇ s federation. There is a lot of inadaptability in competencies. At the same time, innovative ways and methods are not widely used in practice. In order to promote the inno- vation of the work and method of women＇ s federation comprehensively and systematically, it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda, and promote both training and participation of the masses. Also, it is important to integrate and connect resources, introduce the Internet thinking, and enhance the effectiveness of the project. Finally, the social evaluation mechanism of the outcomes and methods of the women＇ s federation will be promoted.
