江苏省输液治疗护理专科护士工作体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解江苏省输液治疗护理专科护士工作过程中的真实体验与需求,为提升输液治疗管控水平提供参考。方法对参加江苏省输液治疗护理专科护士培训的14名专科护士进行深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。结果提炼出面临的困难、成长与收获、未来与展望3个主题。结论目前的工作能体现输液治疗护理专科护士的专科性和自我价值感,但迫切需要更新医护输液理念,定期开展多种形式的实践技能培训,加强相关科研培训,同时优化岗位管理,以促进输液治疗专科护理的发展。Objective To understand the work experiences and needs of infusion nurse specialists in Jiangsu province and to provide reference for further improvement of infusion therapy.Methods In-depth interviews were conducted among 14 nurses who attended an infusion nurse specialist training program in Jiangsu province,and data were analyzed using the Colaizzi′s method.Results Three themes were identified：difficulties met in work;personal growth and acquisition;as well as future and expectations.Conclusion The present work can reflect specialty and self-worth of infusion nurse specialists,however,measures also need to be taken to further develop infusion nursing,including updating infusion concept of medical staff,providing various forms of practical skill training,strengthening research skill training,and optimizing post management.
