摘　　要：目的构建PICC护理质量评价指标体系,为评判PICC护理质量优劣提供可行方法,从而科学评定PICC护理结果并持续改进PICC护理质量。方法以Donabedian提出的三维质量结构"要素-环节-终末"模型搭建PICC护理质量评价指标逻辑关系,结合2016年INS发布的《输液治疗实践标准》,初步构建PICC护理质量评价指标体系条目,采用Delphi法对30名专家进行2轮咨询。结果两轮专家咨询应答率均为100%;专家权威程度系数为0.947。最终构建包括3个一级指标、14个二级指标和61个三级指标的PICC护理质量评价指标体系。结论 PICC护理质量评价指标体系指标较全面,操作性强,在一定程度上可用于PICC护理质量评价。Objective To construct evaluation index system of PICC nursing quality,and provide a feasible method judging PICC nursing quality,so as to scientifically evaluate the PICC nursing outcome and improve PICC nursing quality continuously.Methods The logical relationship of evaluation indexs of PICC nursing quality was constructed based on the three dimensional quality structure model ＂factor-link-final＂ which was proposed by Donabedian,and the items of evaluation indexs system of PICC nursing quality were initially formed combining with ＂infusion therapy practice standards＂ released by INS in 2016.Then 2 rounds consultation were conducted among 30 experts by Delphi method.Results Response rate of the 2 rounds expert consultation was 100%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.947.The final evaluation index system of PICC nursing quality was constructed consisting of 3 first level indexes,14 two level indexes and 61 three level indexes.Conclusion The evaluation index system of PICC nursing quality is comprehensive and highly operable,and can be used to assess PICC nursing quality to some extent.
