摘  要:目的探讨血液透析患者接受同伴教育后的真实体验。方法对17例血液透析患者进行半结构式小组焦点访谈,采用Colaizzi现象学研究法分析资料。结果提炼出4个主题,即教育内容易被接受、教育效果的有效性、同伴教育者的影响性、同伴匹配的灵活性。结论同伴教育是一种切实可行并且能够使患者受益的教育方法,但在实施过程中,要注意对同伴教育者的挑选和培训,根据实际情况,对同伴进行恰当的匹配,从而有效落实教育内容和提高教育效果。Objective To explore the real experiences after peer education among hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 17 hemodialysis patients received semi-structured group focus interview,and Colaizzi phenomenotogical research method was utilized to analyze data.Results Four themes were extracted,which were easily accepted education content,effectiveness of the education effect,the influence of peer educators and the flexibility of peer matching.Conclusion Peer education is a feasible and educational method which can benefit the patients,while during the implementation,selection and training of peer educators should be paid attention,and match proper peer according to the real situation,so as to effectively implement the education content and improve education effect.
