摘　　要：随着互联网应用的迅猛发展,数据中心(DC)作为互联网的物理载体,其建设和管理也应随之变化和演进。电信运营商作为DC业务的主要提供者,应主动适应此发展变化。本文首先分析云网合一、需求演进、竞争加剧等新形势对DC产生的影响,进而建议在DC的建设、管理方面应采取的策略和应对措施。With the rapid development of the applications of Internet, the data center （DC） becomes the physical carrier of the Internet, its construction and management should also change and evolve. As the main provider of DC services, the telecom operators should actively adapt to this change. This paper first analyzes the Influence of the integration of cloud computing and network, demand evolution, competition and other new situation of DC, and proposes strategies and measures should be taken in the construction and management of DC.
