摘　　要：图书馆作为收藏文化典籍的重要宝库,它在传承文化、播撒文明、陶冶个人情操等方面都发挥着十分重要的作用。随着时代的发展变化以及当下社会人才的激烈竞争,高校作为知识传播的主要阵地,肩负着极为重要的人才培养使命和职责。As an important treasure trove of cultural classics,library plays a very important role in inheriting culture,spreading civilization and cultivating personal sentiment. Especially with the development of the times and the fierce competition of the talents in the society,universities,as the main position of knowledge dissemination,also shoulder the important mission and duty of talent training.
