摘 要:拌磨机在矿物加工再磨、细磨和超细磨作业中应用日益发展。搅拌器是搅拌磨机的关键部件,其类型对搅拌磨机的工作特性起着重要的作用。介绍了对使用在立式和卧式搅拌磨机中的棒式、叶轮式、圆盘式和螺旋式搅拌器进行的试验研究。进行了不同搅拌器类型的粉磨效果对比试验和螺旋式搅拌器与卧式圆盘式搅拌器的粉磨效果对比试验两项试验研究。前者使用电气石粉体进行了不同搅拌器类型的对比试验,按照粉磨效果对各种搅拌器进行了排序。后者使用铅锌矿样品,在各自较佳的试验条件下进行,结果表明卧式圆盘式搅拌器的粉磨效果明显优于螺旋式搅拌器。The applications of stirred mills in regrinding, fine grinding, and superfine grinding have been continuously developing in mineral processing. The stirrers are the key parts in stirred mills, and its type plays an important role in working performance. This paper introduced the testing research on the pin, propeller, disc and spiral stirrers used in vertical and horizontal stirred mills. Two groups of testing researches within different types of stirrers and between horizontal disc stirrer and vertical spiral stirrer were conducted to compare grinding effects in different types of stirrers. The first group of the testing researches on different types of stirrers were carried through with tourmaline powder and the order among these stirrers were rank based on grinding effect. The second group of researches used lead and zinc ore as samples, doing tests in each optimum state. Results showed that the grinding effect with horizontal disc stirrer is better than one with vertical spiral stirrer.
