摘  要:对立式螺旋搅拌磨机的选型和工业放大进行了研究,即将立磨机与水力旋流器组成的闭路磨矿团路作为整体考虑。方法中比能耗是进行立磨机选型放大的关键参数,即将物料的给矿粒度和磨矿产品粒度作为选型的输入数据,通过实验室试验进行物料比能耗的测试,然后再与类似物料的工业运行数据相结合进行数值校正,最后根据处理量的要求进行设备的选型放大。方法已成功地用于马钢集团东山选矿厂磁铁矿“提铁降硅”工艺流程中立磨机的工业选型和放大设计,两台JM一1800型(250kW)立磨机已在现场稳定运行3a多,指标达到设计要求。The paper presents a scale-up and design method of vertical screw stirred mm, in wmcn me c,oscu circuit of mill and hydrocyclone was assumed as one factor, theoretically regardless the affects inside system of the mill and hydrocylone. The specific energy is chosen as a scale-up criterion, based on the premise that when fed the same feed material, mills of different sizes delivering the same specific energy will yield products. Batch grinding tests are conducted to determine the specific energy, and combined with industrial production data, scale-up and design of vertical screw stirred mill for industrial production are accomplished. Having developed this method for the vertical screw stirred mill used in regrinding duty of iron ore in Ma Steel, it has now been successfully applied in other installations.
