立式螺旋搅拌磨机关键参数的数值模拟研究

摘  要:为深入掌握立式螺旋搅拌磨机(立磨机)关键参数对其磨矿性能的影响规律,采用离散单元法对立磨机进行数值模拟研究,选取的关键参数为搅拌器转速和搅拌器螺旋升角。研究结果表明,随着搅拌器转速的增加,磨矿介质群的碰撞力增大,碰撞次数减少,同时立磨机能耗增加,因此,在物料达到粉磨要求的前提下,立磨机应选择低转速;当搅拌器螺旋升角在12°至20°范围内,随着螺旋升角的增加,磨矿介质群碰撞力先增大后减小,碰撞数量增多,立磨机的能耗波动较大,综合分析以上结果,当搅拌器螺旋升角为16°时,立磨机磨矿性能相对较好。In order to understand the effect of the vertical screw stirred mill key parameters on its grinding performance, this paper uses the discrete element method (DEM) to carry out the numerical simulation of the vertical screw stirred mill. The key parameters are the agitator speed and tile agitator screw angle. The results show that, with the increase of the agitator speed , the collision force of the grinding medium group increases and the number of collision decreases, and the energy consumption of the vertical screw stirred mill increases. Therefore, when the stuff achieves crushing requirement, the vertical screw stirred mill should choose low speed; When the agitator screw angle is in the range of 12° to 20°, with the increase of the screw angle, the collision force of the grinding medium group increases first and then decreases, the number of collisions increases, and the energy consumption fluctuates large , comprehensive analysis of the above results, when the agitator screw angle is 16°, the grinding performance of the vertical screw stirred mill is relatively good.
