摘  要:磁性衬板是一种新型球磨机衬板,具有寿命长、节能省材、便于维护等诸多优点,在中国已经得到广泛应用,世界上也开始有应用的厂家。这种产品要求其壳体必须用相对磁导率比较低的材料制成。提出一种更接近实际的测量磨矿机金属磁性衬板高锰钢壳体的混合磁导率的方法。提出一种对高锰钢壳体的导磁性进行比较的装置,它不破坏壳体,测量成本低,制造厂能自行检测,便于及时发现问题,为改进高锰钢壳体的生产工艺提供线索。The metal magnetic liner is a new type of ball mill liner, which has many advantages such as long life, energy saving, materials saving and easy to maintenance, etc. It has been widely used in China and many other countries. The product requires its shell to be made from materials with relatively low magnetic conductivity, such as high manganese steel shell. A method that measuring mixed magnetic permeability of the high manganese steel shell liner used in grinding mill is presented. A measuring device which can measure magnetic permeability of high manganese steel shell is presented. The measuring device does not damage the shell, and with the measurement cost is low, and factory can measure by itself. The advantage of the method is to find the problem on time, and gives a clue to modify engineering for high manganese steel shell.
