摘 要:弱磁场磁选作为一种高效且经济的技术手段,长期且广泛应用于强磁性矿物选矿工艺流程。基于国内铁资源禀赋特点发起的“提铁降杂”选矿思想有力推动了相关工艺与设备升级,传统成熟的磁选技术得到持续优化与设备大型化,新兴的磁选或复合力场技术也得到大力发展并陆续工业化,本文对近几十年国内弱磁场精选磁选设备的研究与发展进行了介绍。Abstract:As an efficient and economical technique, low-intensity magnetic separation has been widely used in strongly magnetic mineral dressing flow for a very long time. The mineral processing concept of iron increase & impurity reduction has vigorously propelled related technique and equipment upgrade based on domestic iron resource natural talent. The traditional mature magnetic separation technical got a continuous optimization and equipment large-scalization, meanwhile the emerging magnetic separation or compounding force field separating methods also received a thriving development and progressive industrialization. Generally, the research and development of domestic low-intensity cleaning magnetic separators in recent decades were introduced in this paper.
