摘 要:介绍了气泡负载测量在矿物浮选过程评价中的意义。采用改进型的气泡负载测量装置在江西某铜矿粗选、扫选作业两台浮选机内进行气泡负载特性测量和评价。测试数据显示随着测量深度的降低,粗I-2浮选机内的气泡负载率在各深度层略有降低,在近液面处达7.5g/L,而扫I-2浮选机内,气泡负载率则降低明显,近液面处仅约3.5g/L。测试结果表明,气泡与矿物颗粒在粗I-2浮选机内粘附较为稳定;在扫I.2浮选机内粘附则不够稳定,在上升过程中存在明显脱落。最后针对测试结果给出了不同作业浮选动力学优化建议。The significance of bubble load measurement in the evaluation of mineral flotation process is introduced. Then, the improved bubble load measurement device is used to measure and evaluate the bubble load characteristics in two flotation machines in a copper plant of rougher and scavenger in Jiangxi Province. The test data show that the bubble load in the rougherI-2 flotation machine is slightly lower at each depth level and 7.5 g/L at the near surface as the depth of measurement decreases, while in the scavenger I-2 flotation machine, the bubble load decreased significantly, near the surface only about 3.5 g/L. The test results show that the adhesion between the bubbles and the mineral particles in the rougher I-2 flotation machine is relatively stable, but there is a significant loss in the scavenger I-2 flotation machine. Finally, the optimization suggestions of flotation dynamics for different operations are given for the test results.
