摘 要:闪速浮选工艺应用于磨矿分级回路,主要用于回收产品粒度达到要求或已单体解离的有用矿物。当前国内应用较多的主要为SkimAir型闪速浮选机和YX型浮选机,其工作基本原理相同,但具体设计形式不尽相同。本文通过CFD仿真的方法,揭示了闪速浮选机内的流体运动规律和湍动能分布特征。闪速浮选机整体流线与常规浮选机类似,均形成上、下循环的流场结构。叶轮搅拌产生的最大流体速度约为7.4m/s,这与常规浮选机最大流体速度类似,说明闪速浮选机和常规浮选机的搅拌能力没有明显的差别。闪速浮选机叶轮区的湍动能远大于其它区域,叶轮区最大湍动能可以达到约3.2m^2/s^2。The flash flotation process is applied to the grinding and grading circuit, which is mainly used to recover the useful minerals whose product size is required or has been monomer separation. The Skim Air flash flotation machine and YX flotation machine are mainly equipment, the basic principles are same, but the specific form of design is different. In this paper, CFD simulation method is used to reveal the characteristics of fluid motion and turbulent kinetic energy distribution in flash flotation machine. Flash flotation machine is similar to the conventional flotation machine, all produce the upper and lower circulation flow field structure. The maximum fluid velocity produced by the impeller agitation is about 7.4 m/s, which is similar to the conventional flotation machine, indicating that there is no significant difference in the stirring capacity of the flash flotation machine and conventional flotation machine. The turbulence energy of flash flotation machine impeller area is much larger than that of other regions, and the maximum turbulent kinetic energy of impeller zone can reach about 3.2 m^2/s^2.
