摘  要:矿井机电系统所处的电磁环境复杂,运行时产生的电磁噪声会影响机电系统的工作状态,甚至诱发系统误动作。为抑制系统间的电磁干扰,以典型煤矿机电系统的拓扑结构为例,分析系统间电磁干扰及耦合方式,研究井下PLC、功率变流器和信号线等关键设备的干扰抑制机理,设计基于硬件和软件的抗干扰方案,以保障井下机电系统运行的可靠性,避免电磁干扰引起的安全事故。Electromagnetic environment in coal mine electromechanical system is complex, noise generated during system operation will affect the working state of electromeehanical system, even induce malfunction. In order to suppress the electromagnetic interference, taking the topology of the typical coal mine electromechanical system as an example, electromagnetic interference and coupling between the systems have been analyzed, and study the interference suppression principle of key equipment such as PLC, power converter and signal line. Anti-interference scheme has been designed with software and hardware to protect the reliability of electromechanical system and avoid security incidents caused by electromagnetic interference.
