摘　　要：针对大功率电液控制动力换挡变速器的市场现状,自主开发了一款满足国内大型装载机市场需要的300kW定轴式电液控制动力换挡变速器。介绍该变速器的主要技术参数、整机匹配分析、传动原理及结构设计。变速器样机的台架试验结果表明,300kW装载机用动力换挡变速器能充分利用发动机功率,与整机性能匹配良好,其技术性能与国外同类产品相当,满足9t级装载机工作要求。In view of market status quo of high power electro-hydraulic controlled power shift transmission there has de-veloped an independent made 300kW countershaft transmission with electro-hydraulic control to satisfy the demand for heavy-duty loaders on the market. The text introduces the transmissions key tech data, matches-up and analyses of the complete loader, drive princi-ples, and assembly design. The sample transmission bench-test results show that such a transmission used in a 300kW loader can fully utilize the engine power and at a good match-up with the whole-machine's performance, and its tech function can be at a equal level with similar foreign make products, thus satisfying operational requirements of loaders in 9t class.
