摘　　要：为开发国内海上深层水泥搅拌设备,更好地发展海洋工程建设所需的海上深层搅拌工法,中交天和研发制造了国内首台重型双处理机深层搅拌船。该船采用重型双处理机,通过高精度调倾系统、锚泊定位系统以及先进的施工管理系统,可实现整船的定位精度达±0.1m,方向角度误差在0.1°以内,从而保证海上深层搅拌桩的成桩垂直度在1%以内。香港机场第三跑道工程中的施工应用表明,该船的性能和处理速度达到设计要求。Tianhe Mechanical Equipment Manu-facturing Co., Ltd. has made an R&D product as a concrete mixing vessel to fill mixtures to deeper levels under water with dual processors and as a first one of the kind at home, which is needed for developing projects con-struction at the sea. A heavy-duty dual processor is adopted in the vessel which can be positioned at an accuracy of ±0.1 m through an inclination adjustment system, anchoring placement system, and an advanced working management system, beside angular tolerance within 0.1° to ensure mixture piles verticality at 1% degree or less, which application at a runway in Hong Kong Air Port shows that the vessel's function and processing speed can meet the design's require-ments.
