摘　　要：目前,MRI虽然不是食管癌的常规检查手段,但从一些研究的初步结果看,MRI在未来也可能会成为食管癌分期检查、放疗靶区勾画及疗效评估的重要补充手段。本文主要探讨MRI在食管癌诊断分期和放射治疗中的价值。At present, although magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） is not a routine examination of esophageal cancer, the preliminary Resutls of some studies have indicated that MRI may become an important alternative for esophageal cancer staging, radiotherapy target delineation, and efficacy assessment. This article mainly discusses the value of MRI in the staging and radiotherapy for esophageal cancer.
