摘 要:飞行安全一直是航空业关心的首要话题。广播式自动相关监视ADS-B技术可实现民机实时动态检测,报告飞机位置和状态;陆基ADS-B受制于系统布置限制,难以实现洋区、沙漠、高山峡谷等地区的覆盖;基于星基的ADS-B系统可实现全球覆盖,完成对飞机的全球飞行追踪和实时监控。这里对现有铱星二代和全球星二代ADS-B系统的系统概况、体系结构和系统性能进行分析,并对ADS-B系统的发展提出建议,提出构建"空-天-地"一体的多手段全球监视系统是未来的发展趋势。Flight safety is always a top concern for the airline industry. ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) can report the location and status, of the aircraft, realize real-time dynamic detection of civil aircraft. Ground-based ADS-B system is difficult to achieve the coverage of ocean, desert, alpine and gorge region, while the satellite-based ADS-B system can realize global coverage and complete the global flight-tracking and real-time surveillance. The system overview, architecture and performance of 2G Iridium and Global star ADS-B system are introduced, and suggestions for the development of ADS-B system also given. It is pointed out that the building-up of integrated "space-air-ground"surveillance system and implementation of multi-way global surveillance is the future development trend.
