摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在对科研机构进行客观评价。[方法/过程]分析国内外科研机构科研评价的现状和趋势,运用层次分析法,以中科院某科研机构为研究对象,构建适合科研机构现状的科研评价体系。以研究所科研绩效评价三级指标体系为核心框架,赋予指标权重,最后进行实际计算。[结果/结论]以实证方式初步验证了该评价体系具有较好的实用效果,能从多个维度对科研机构进行定量评价,是一种比较全面的科研评价工具。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to evaluate the research institutions objectively. [Method/process]The paper ana- lyzes the present situation and trend of scientific research evaluation on research institutions at home and abroad, takes a research in- stitution of Chinese Academy of Sciences as research object, and uses the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to construct the scientific research evaluation system for research institutes.Based on the three level index system of scientific research performance evaluation, the index weight is given, and then the actual calculation is carried out. [Result/conclusion]It is proved that the evaluation system has a good practical effect, and can be used for quantitative evaluation of scientific research institutions from multiple dimensions as a kind of comprehensive scientific research evaluation tool.
