摘　　要：[目的/意义]探讨管道科技查新平台的开发与实现。[方法/过程]分析管道科技查新平台开发的必要性,阐述管道科技查新平台的设计思路及实现。[结果/结论]该平台基于B/S结构,并根据管道行业特点进行个性化设计。平台囊括科技查新工作的所有管理和业务流程,通过严格的权限管理提高系统的安全性,具备"一站式"跨库检索功能,提高了科技查新工作的效率。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to explore the development and realization of pipeline sci-teeh novelty retrieval platform. [Method/process]The paper analyzes the necessity to develop pipeline sci-teeh novelty retrieval platform, and states the design ideas and realization of the platform. [Result/conclusion]The platform is based on the B/S structure, and is individually designed according to the characteristics of pipeline industry. It covers all the management and business processes of sei-tech novelty retrieval, improves the system security with strict rights management, and possesses ＂one-stop＂ cross-database search function, which improves the efficiency of sci-tech novelty retrieval work.
