摘  要:用 pH计和红外光谱仪研究了空心莲子草对Co(NO3) 2 的生物吸附特性 .发现空心莲子草对Co2 +具有较强的吸附能力 ,在达到饱和吸附前 ,其吸附量随Co2 +的起始浓度的增加而增加 .吸附前后的 pH值及红外光谱表明 :在吸附过程中 ,羟基和酰氨基起重要作用 ,Co2 +与生物材料中的氢(可能是羟基氢 )发生了交换 。The feature of which Alternanthera philoxeroides of determination as the biosorbent of Co(No 3) 2 is studied through pH value and infrared(IR) spectrum. It was discovered that Alternanthera philoxeroides has thickness strong absorption ability to Co 2+ ion, and the absorption amount increased with the initial thickness of Co 2+ ion increased before absorption Gels saturation. The pH value before and after absorption and IR spectrum indicated that hydroxyl group and acyl-amino group play important roles during biosorption, Co 2+ ion changes with the hydrogen It is probable that the hydrogen was hydrogen of hydroxyl group of biological material. Moreover, the chemical absorption and physical absorption happened at the same time.
