摘　　要：目的通过Meta分析HOXA10在子宫内膜异位症患者在位子宫内膜中的表达情况,从而评价子宫内膜容受性在子宫内膜异位症不孕中的作用。方法通过中英文网络数据库联合手工检索公开发表的相关文献(时间截止至2017年1月),对符合纳入标准的研究进行质量评估及数据提取后,采用R软件Meta包进行Meta分析。结果共纳入病例对照研究8篇,NOS评分均不低于5分,Egger's检验无明显发表偏倚(P>0.05)。结果显示,子宫内膜异位症患者在位子宫内膜HOXA10 mRNA表达量较对照组降低0.43,95%CI为[-0.62,-0.24],但敏感性分析显示结果并不稳健;同时子宫内膜HOXA10蛋白表达量也减少0.74(P<0.01),95%CI为[-1.27,-0.21],结果稳健性良好。结论当前证据表明,子宫内膜异位患者的HOXA10表达量低于正常,可能与子宫内膜容受性减低及子宫内膜异位症的发生发展具有关系。Objective To analyze the expression of HOXA10 in eutopic endometrium of endometriosis patients by Meta analysis,evaluate the role of endometrial receptivity in endometriosis-induced infertility. Methods The related literatures were searched manually through Chinese and English network database（ deadline： January 2017）. After carrying out quality evaluation and data extraction of studies meeting the inclusion criteria,R software Meta package was used for Meta analysis. Results A total of 8 case-controlled literatures were included in the study,NOS score was not less than 5 points,Egger＇s test showed no significant bias（ P0. 05）. The results showed that the expression of HOXA10 mRNA in eutopic endometrium of endometriosis patients decreased by 0. 43 compared with control group（ 95% CI：-0. 62--0. 24）,but the sensitivity analysis showed that the expression of HOXA10 mRNA in eutopic endometrium was not stable. The expression of HOXA10 protein in eutopic endometrium decreased by 0. 74 compared with control group（ P0. 001,95% CI：-1. 27--0. 21）,the results were robust. Conclusion The current evidence shows that HOXA10 expression in eutopic endometrium of endometriosis patients is low,which may be related to the decrease of endometrial receptivity and the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
