摘  要:由于历史的原因,铁路、高等级公路的建设阻断了水系的通畅,同时随着城市化进程的加快,使上海嘉定蕰南中部地区的水生态环境不容乐观。为了改善该区域的水环境,嘉定区水务局于2013年进行了蕰南中部地区原型调水试验,试验结果没有达到预期目标。为了解决原型调水试验中出现的泵闸配置不合理的问题,提出了经济合理的泵闸调度运行方案,通过建立水动力计算模型以及一维非恒定流方程组来模拟河流或河口的水流状态,并对比原型调水试验,模拟多种工况下的泵闸调度;同时,采用历史水文资料对模拟调度结果进行验证,最终模拟出了水动力最大化的调度方案。研究成果不仅可为政府决策部门对嘉定蕰南中部地区这一独立区域的后续水利控制工程建设提供参考,还可以为常态化的水资源调度方式提供依据,具有较广泛的意义。The construction of railways and highways in history had blocked the water systems in Jiading, Shanghai, and with the rapid development of urbanization the water environment in the Wennan area, Jiading District is not promising. To improve the water environment, trial water diversion were conducted in 2013 by Water Affair Bureau of Jiading, however the results failed to meet the expectations. To solve the unreasonable configuration of pump stations and sluices in the trial water diversion transfer, a proper dispatching and operation scheme was put forward. With the establishment of hydrodynamic computing model and one - dimensional unsteady flow equations, stream flow regime in the rivers and at the estuary was simulated. According to the trial water diversion test, the dispatching of pump stations and sluices under multiple working conditions were also simulated ; mean- while, the simulated results were verified by historical hydrological data to give an optimal dispatching scheme.
